StFX 2025 Summer Rec Camps

Make this summer unforgettable at our StFX Summer Rec Camps - offered for kids aged 6 to 12! From exciting games to new friendships and active play, there's something for every child to enjoy! The camp weekly fee is $250 per child.

Camp Location: Amelia Saputo Centre for Healthy Active Living, 1140 Convocation Blvd StFX, Antigonish.

Camp Hours: 

• Child Drop-Off: 8:30 am
• Activities Begin: 9:00 am
• Activities End: 3:30 pm
• Child Pick-Up: 4:00 pm

Registration for all StFX Summer Rec Camps opens on Wednesday, May 7th on Pathfinder/Sport Hub.

Active Living Rec Camp

This camp is all about building fundamental movement skills in a fun, high-energy setting! Through games, challenges, and creative activities, kids will develop strength, agility, coordination, and confidence. Perfect for kids who love variety and staying active!

Activities include:

• Low organized games in the gymnasiums and on the sports fields
• Fundamental activities that include running, jumping, throwing, catching, and skipping
• Swimming & pool activities throughout the week

Sports Rec Camp

For kids who love team play and competition, this camp focuses on sports, movement skills, and fun gameplay. It's all about developing physical literacy while having a great time. Great for kids who love sports and group play!

Activities include:

• Sports, sports, and more sports!
• Learning and playing a variety of sports including Track & Field at the StFX Stadium, Racquet sports at Saputo Centre, Soccer on the Memorial Field, Basketball in Coach K Court, and pool time throughout the week.

Refunds and Payment

Refunds (less administration fee of 5%) are available until one week prior to the start of camp. Please contact the specific Camp Director to process your refund. 

Camp fees require full payment to confirm registration within three business days. After June 1, 2025, if the summer camp is full and payment has not been received within the three business days timeframe, the pending registration will be released to allow for children on the waiting list to join the camp.
