Forms
In order to deposit records in the StFX Archives two forms are required:
A Records Transfer Form must accompany each deposit to the archives. This form outlines general deposit information. A deposit will also require one or more Records Box Listing Forms depending on the size of the deposit. Click on each of the forms above and use the print button on your web browser to print a copy in preparation for deposition of material.
